CITIZEN'S CHARTER

Citizen's charter is an official document, a service standard, or a pledge of the City Government of Navotas, that communicates, in a simple terms, information on the services provided to its citizens. It describes the step-by-step procedures for availing a particular service and guaranteed performance level that they may expect for that service.
